What is the minimum length of stay? Local regulations require a minimum stay of 30 days. The tenancy can begin on any day of the month. Any additional days after the first 30 days is charged on a pro rata basis. For example, if you stay for 38 days, you will be charged for 1 month plus 8 days, not 2 months.
